He has over 15 years of experience spanning both traditional finance and the crypto ecosystem, including advising prominent alternative asset managers such as Blackstone and many pioneering blockchain projects. His experience covers many matters and transaction types, including fund formation, registered investment adviser compliance, venture financings, M&A, SPACs, insurance products, token launches, DAO organization, and regulatory exams. Larry’s deep understanding of securities law and regulatory frameworks has made him a trusted advisor in navigating the complex intersection of decentralized technologies and the financial system.
